2.3.1.4技術條件
蝸輪滾刀的技術條件沒有制定國標,在生產中,根據蝸桿傳動的精度要求,普通精度蝸輪滾刀分為AA、A、B、C四種精度等級,分別用於加工6、7、8、9級(按GB10089—88)精度的蝸輪。蝸輪滾刀的制造公差列于表3-140中,對于加工高于6級精度蝸輪的滾刀制造公差列于表3-141中,其余的技術條件可參考齒輪滾刀通用技術條件。
